People-focused and results-driven, Keny Gungoro brings over 20 years of expertise in executive search and talent acquisition leadership across multinational organizations. Known for her outside-the-box thinking and thoughtful approach, she combines structure with creativity, building talent strategies grounded in trust, depth, and genuine human connection.
Her journey into the industry began in 2004 with Egon Zehnder International as Head of Research. Over the next decade, she advanced to Associate Consultant, sharpening her skills in identifying, assessing, and developing top leadership talent across industries.
In 2014, Keny joined Philip Morris International, where she held diverse regional and global roles in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. She led Global Talent Acquisition Delivery across Southeast Asia, Central Asia & South Caucasus (CAS), the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Sub-Saharan Africa until the end of 2025.
Before entering executive search, Keny gained early experience in capital markets with Trimegah Securities and Tiga Pilar Securities in Jakarta — a foundation that strengthened her analytical rigor and business acumen.
